Temperature

Temperature is a key factor for succesful fermentations. The warmer the temperature is the faster the fermentation will start.  Follow our temperature table to learn more on how our lager or ale strains react.

Top temperature
15°C(59°F) 21-23°C (69-73°F)
Diacetyl rest temperature
15°C (59°F) for 24-48 hours decrease temperature from 20°C (68°F)
to 16-17°C (60-62°F) for 24h
Chill temperature
1-3°C (33-37.5°F) 1-5°C (68°F) chilled and filtered
10-12°C (50-53.6°F) for cask conditioned
